Hypnosis: What is “hypnosis”?

Hypnosis has been approved for use by the medical profession since the 1950’s. By using hypnosis, you can change those habits that have bothered you for so long, like smoking or drinking for example. You can change the beliefs you have about yourself to bring amazing changes, such as increasing confidence and self-esteem, or to improve sports performance, just to name a few.

Hypnotic healing has been used for thousands of years. As far back as ancient Egypt and Greece, there have been records of a special healing called “temple sleep” where the patient was made to relax while given suggestions for healing. Hypnosis has evolved. Today we know more about how the mind works and have achieved greater success.

Many people have used hypnosis to kick a habit, like smoking, by using hypnosis. Many Hollywood stars have stopped smoking with hypnosis, and so can you!

American Health Magazine compared the outcomes of hypnotherapy against other major forms of psychotherapy:
Psychoanalysis: 38% recovery after 600 sessions
Behavior Therapy: 72% recovery after 22 sessions
Hypnotherapy 93% recovery after 6 sessions
